One of my cusotmer sent us email about delivery.
The customer emaild that he has not received the item yet.
The customer purchased “Sakai Takayuki Nakiri Damuscus Knife” and chose
economy shipping.
The shipping address is the United States.
Usually, it take a couple of weeks or 10 days at fast.
However, the customer claimed that he has not received the item yet after 4
weeks.
We checked the tracking detail and the item was “Retention”.
In addition, we checked the shipping address carefully, and the shipping
address looked office.
We asked the customer to check if they received something like a notice
from post office.
Someone at the office received a notice but forgot to contact post office.
We asked the buyer to contact local post office to ask deliver the item,
and the customer received the item a couple of days later.
This case shows that someone around you may receive a notice from post
office, so please keep an eye on your mailbox and ask someone around us if
you don’t received an item you purchased.
